Starts around 3 minutes into the recording. In the first 50 minutes, Ajahn Brahm gives an entertaining talk in which he shares stories that illustrate the importance of fun, the value of innovation, and how to become Enlightened with zero effort. He then leads an easeful guided meditation that brings kindness and relaxation to the body and encourages the meditator to let go into the present moment.
This is part of a series of teachings from the short retreat called, "Compassionately Mindful" led by Ajahn Brahm & Ajahn Canda, in the UK, in June 2025.
