Ajahn Santutthi teaches us that when our mind is calm it can listen to our own instruction to let go of thinking and be in the present moment. Ajahn also inspires us to deepen our practice to the point where meditation does not feel like a chore but our passion, something that we look forward to rather than feeling that it is something we have to do.
