AB never has to recite his meditation CV to me, that's for sure! My experience to date has been nothing short of astounding. I don't mean that in any irrational, mythical way; but rather in a very objectively material and pragmatic way. He is a consistently terrific guide with a style that, sadly, we seem to be short of. I can only hope to be as effective as he is if the need ever arose on my path. For now I'm quite content to keep learning and hope to until I draw my last breath one day. For me, "the Proof is in the pudding". By way of video, at a great distance, he is *that* effective, so DO give him a chance if you want to learn how to meditate and even if you already do. 🙏😊
