What is the secret of real happiness? Ajahn Brahm teaches us what he knows about happiness and how to be happy. Ajahn explains that happiness is part of Buddhism, because the Buddha teaches only two things ‘suffering and the end of suffering’, in other words how to be happy, to lessen the problems of life and get more peace and happiness. Ajahn explains that the only place to be happy is right now, not in the future. This Buddha Dhamma talk was given Thailand during 2011.
